What is a Faith Folder?A Faith Folder is our version of a LapbookTM. Our Faith Folders are Catholic based and are used to teach and spread the Catholic Faith. They are sold in a variety of formats: digital, cd-rom and kits. What is a Lapbook?TMA lapbookTM is a tool used to showcase and consolidate material studied and learned on a given topic. A lapbookTM is created from a file folder, refolded to create a book which can be held in the lap. Many different mini-books and other special projects are then stored and displayed in the lapbookTM. LapbooksTM can be used for science, social studies, phonics, religion and so much more. The possibilities are endless!

What are Faith Rings?
Faith Rings are a new product available from Faith Folders for Catholics. Each ring holds a set of laminated cards on a variety
of faith based topics. Examples include Catholic Prayers, Ten Commandments and Works of Mercy. These are sold as a finished product
that will be shipped to the customer.

Technology is wonderful...technology is tricky. While I have made great efforts to insure this site works well, there may be glitches from time to time. If you have any difficulty or any questions, please feel free to contact me. In creating the various Faith Folder documents, I tried hard to make sure they were free of grammatical or formatting errors. However, I am a busy mom and so is my proofreader, so we quite possibly could have missed something. If you notice an error, please don't hesitate to contact me. I promise I won’t be offended. I will correct the error and send you a new file, as well as update the document available on this site. I decided to take on this new endeavor for a couple of reasons. I enjoy teaching the faith to children and this was a great way to share that with others. I also did this to help supplement my family’s income. I have intentionally kept the prices low to help other families and teachers on a budget. When you purchase a Faith Folder you are free to use the file for your intended use, within your home, classroom, co-op group, etc. I simply ask that as you do share with others please consider the low costs and encourage others to purchase their own copy. Conference Presentations - "Lapbookingtm with a Cathoic Twist"June 2009 I gave a labbookingtm workshop at the Kansas City Conference for Catholic Homeschoolers in Kansas City, KS. The workshop was a lot of fun and many have since expressed interest in doing something similar at other places. After prayerful consideration and discussion with my husband, I am willing to do this a limited number of times each year. If you are interested in doing a workshop at your homeschooling conference, Catechist training, co-op, or other setting, please feel free to contact me and we will work out the details. Please view the Conference Information Sheet for more information.The workshop would entail an explanation of what a lapbooktm is, the benefits of lapbookingtm and how they can be used to teach the Faith. Each audience member would create their own mini-lapbooktm as part of the workshop. The ladies in Kansas City had a great time doing this and it helped unfold the mystery and unanswered questions about lapbookingtm.
